Shipping/Delivery Policy

Your gift basket will be shipped the same day if the order is received by noon. If order is received afternoon the basket will ship the next business day. If you have concerns about when your order will ship or in an urgency situation, please contact us at 801-602-1425. I will strive to make sure your order is shipped or delivered when you need it to. Most likely your gift basket will arrive shrink wrapped. This allows for minimal movement of the products in the gift basket and to ensure that it will arrive in excellent condition.

The physical street address of the recipient’s home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. The recipient’s telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the gift basket or will attempt delivery at a later time.

In the case of holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, Christmas and any other holiday, order early to ensure shipment on or before the holiday. If this is a local delivery order, placing your order either the day before or the morning of, will ensure it is delivered on the day you need the recipient to receive the gift basket.

For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient’s room number, and ensure before ordering that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery.

We cannot deliver to airports.

Substitution Policy

For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. More is usually on the way, but sometimes there are additional delays with vendors. This situation does not occur often but when it does we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
